The thermal integration module
The thermal integration module is a highly integrated refrigerant and coolant flow channel substrate and liquid storage tank, and controls the fluid direction and flow through three five-way valves, three electronic water pumps, and a three-way valve. The two plate heat exchangers integrated on the back can efficiently exchange heat between the refrigerant and the coolant.
